HELLO! I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE...

Thank you for considering Michelle McCooe Photography! Aside from feeling drawn to someone's photography style, you need to feel comfortable with the person behind the camera. After all, you are inviting them to capture precious, intimate moments, be it big or small! My clients will tell you that we walk away as friends after our sessions and I wouldn't want it any other way!

So, what can I tell you about myself besides my love of tacos, laughing until my stomach hurts, and my obsession with house plants? Well, I am married to my forever summer-love and together we have two children; my calm, music-loving little boy and my hippie, wild-child little girl.

My photography journey started in 8th grade with a hand me down 35mm film camera. I rolled and developed my own film for roughly 5 years before jumping over to a point and shoot. From there, my first DSLR. . . and that is how I ended up here. Over the recent years I have been featured in numerous photography publications as well as the a 201 Magazine "Best of Bergen" nominee.

I believe that you should feel something when you look at a photograph. I have always found incredible beauty in the in-between moments, those REAL smiles and connections, the pure emotions that are shared between people and families that love each other. I look forward to capturing those moments with you!
